I’m pretty well versed in evolution and the scientific method in general but how do we get computers from evolution?

Since when did the computer evolve? What did it evolve from a calculator or something?

See, so great is their own personal mental disconnect that they are able to sit here and say “science is important, but evolution is simply not part of science”

I don’t see how any of that is a product of the theory of evolution.

I accept evolution, but fail to see how “without its understanding computers wouldn’t have functioned.”

BTW, the Father of Modern Genetics was a Catholic priest, so don’t be so down on Christians, you little shat.

Minus computers, all of the other stuff (except ethics. WTF?) are based on evolutionary theory. You could also include vaccination and agricultural methods.

How do you power your computer? Thomas Edison was a christian, although there are some articles which claim he wasn’t. In his writings he claims otherwise.

And also incorrect. Computers do not rely on any understanding of evolution.
